The Village of Albany has a population 828 and is located in southeastern Ohio in Athens County.  The Village Office is located at 5153 Alton Street in Albany, Ohio.  The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Fridays.  We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.  Our phone number is 740-698-6127.  

The Village of Albany offices have reopened.  Face masks covering the mouth and nose are required.
